This 2004 Land Rover Discovery II S has 65k miles and is finished in Java Black over black leather. Power is provided by a 4.6-liter V8 linked to a four-speed automatic transmission, and features include a dual-range transfer case, 16″ wheels, heated front seats, a Pioneer head unit, a rearview camera, an UltraGauge OBDII scanner, automatic climate control, and cruise control. The seller acquired the truck on BaT in December 2023, and subsequent work included installing an upgraded water pump, thermostat, radiator, brakes, and prop shafts as well as a two-inch suspension lift with Fox shocks and Old Man Emu springs. This Discovery II is offered with an owner’s manual, a Carfax report, and a clean California title in the seller’s name.
The truck is finished in Java Black and features roof rails, mud flaps, alpine windows, and power-adjustable mirrors. The Carfax report notes an accident in a January 2010 entry that resulted in disabling damage. There are some scratches, paint imperfections, and dings around the exterior.

The seller notes that the suspension has been lifted by two inches using Fox shocks, Old Man Emu springs, and Lucky 8 front shock turrets. A Lucky 8 EBC Stop Everything brake kit was installed under current ownership, and the truck is equipped with four-wheel traction control and an Electronic Brake Distribution system. The 16″ alloy wheels are mounted with BFGoodrich KO2 tires. The ABS shuttle valve and ball joints are said to have been replaced in 2021.

The heated and power-adjustable front seats are upholstered in black leather that extends to the split second-row bench seat. An aftermarket Pioneer head unit with a flip-up display was installed under previous ownership along with a rearview camera. An UltraGauge EM Plus OBDII scanner was added by the seller, and additional interior features include automatic climate control and cruise control. The headliner was replaced in 2020, and the front-left door latch and door lock actuator were replaced in 2023.

The four-spoke steering wheel frames a 140-mph speedometer, a 6k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 65k miles, approximately 6k of which were added under current ownership.

The 4.6-liter V8 was factory rated at 217 horsepower and 300 lb-ft of torque. Power is routed to all four wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case with a locking center differential. Recent work is said to have included the following:
- 2021: Replaced water pump, thermostat, radiator, oil pump drive gear, drive belt, coolant expansion tank, ignition coils, spark plugs, upstream oxygen sensor, camshaft & follower, cylinder head gaskets, intake plenum gasket, and oil pan gasket
