Bentley has unveiled sportier ‘S’ versions of the Continental GT and the Continental GTC. The carmaker says that the GT S and GTC S take inspiration from the previously revealed GT Supersports, and deliver more power than its predecessor, along with placing greater emphasis on driver involvement and handling experience.

Produces 130hp more power and 160Nm of torque in comparison to its previous generation
Powering the Continental GT S and the GTC S is the same 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 petrol-hybrid engine found in the standard GT, producing 680hp and 930Nm of torque. The new generation delivers 130hp more power and 160Nm more torque than its predecessor. Both models accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 3.5 seconds and can reach a top speed of 306 km/h.
The GT S and GTC S also feature Bentley’s Performance Active Chassis, which includes all-wheel drive, new ESC software, torque vectoring, and twin-valve dampers. For the first time, the Continental GT S and GTC S are equipped with all-wheel steering and an electronically controlled limited-slip differential. Moreover, in pure electric mode, the cars’ battery pack provides a range of up to 80km.

Optional ‘Blackline’ specification adds exterior and interior details finished in black
The Continental GT S and GTC S get an identical design to that of the standard Continental GT. However, the Blackline Specification adds a front lower spoiler, grille, mirror caps, sill extensions, and a rear diffuser, all finished in black. The LED matrix headlamps, tail lamps, and exhaust tips feature a dark tint. There are also 22-inch ten-spoke alloy wheels in silver as standard, with optional finishes in either full gloss black or a machined surface with gloss black accents.
The cabin of the GT S models is identical to that of the standard model, but features unique dual-tone seat upholstery designs with ‘S’ badging, ‘S’-embroidered headrests, optional full leather upholstery, and interior metal details finished in dark-tinted chrome. Standard equipment includes powered front seats with heating and memory functions, a 12.3-inch infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and optional extras such as a Naim audio system, ADAS, connected car technology, a head-up display, mood lighting, and a heated steering wheel.
