It’s understood that just a handful of C6 Corvettes have been converted to look like that, but the asking price seems too optimistic

- This modded Chevy Corvette failed to sell at two auctions last year.
- Bidding peaked at $63,475 on Cars & Bids back in July 2024.
- Despite new bodywork, the 6.2-liter LS3 V8 remains stock.
Would you really be willing to spend more than $70,000 above the going rate for a C6-generation Chevy Corvette wearing a wild body kit that wouldn’t look out of place on the set of a Fast and Furious sequel?
Well, that’s exactly what the seller of this example hopes to convince someone to do, but we’re not sure it’ll actually happen.

This over-the-top Corvette, currently listed for sale on Car Gurus for $94,991, or nearly $70k above the market price for a normal C6, is no longer recognizable as one.
Equipped with a distinctive body kit from Valarra, it almost looks like an all-new supercar built from the ground up when, in fact, it retains its original underpinnings from 2008.
Judging by the VIN, this seems to be the very same car that crossed the block at Mecum Auctions in May 2024, where bidding fell short of its undisclosed reserve. A few months later, we wrote about the car after it resurfaced on Cars & Bids.
Once again, it was unable to sell, with bidding only reaching $63,475. Clearly, no one is willing to spend a lot of money on this car, yet the current seller is asking almost six figures for it.
When we first saw the car last year, it had roughly 77,500 miles under its belt. Now, it has 79,245 miles on the odometer. The exterior design is a sight to behold, although whether that’s a good thing or not depends on one’s personal taste.

All of this C6’s original body panels have been replaced with new ones. The front end includes a wild bumper with a pronounced splitter, large air intakes, and thin headlights.
The ‘Vette also now sits on aftermarket silver and black wheels, has all-new sides with unique door skins, and a particularly wild rear-end where the rear tires are on full display. Also found at the rear is a towering wing and a huge diffuser.
What’s Underneath?
Despite its wild exterior, the 6.2-liter naturally-aspirated LS3 V8 is believed to be in stock form, meaning it continues to deliver 430 hp and 424 lb-ft (575 Nm) of torque. Hardly headline-making these days, but surely more than enough to have some fun.
If you’ve got a soft spot for outrageous bodywork and a wallet to match, this could be your next questionable life choice. Check out the listing over here.
