The Multiplina explores a segment Fiat describes as the Multi-Purpose Quadricycle: a four-seat, fully electric vehicle built on an L7 heavy quadricycle architecture.

At 3.04 meters long, 1.40 meters wide, and 1.53 meters tall, it sits between the two-seat Topolino and a conventional passenger car, offering more interior space than an ultra-compact urban vehicle while retaining the regulatory simplicity of a quadricycle.

The concept takes its cues from the 1956 Fiat 600 Multipla, which seated six people within 3.5 meters. The Multiplina applies the same space-efficient approach to a four-seat layout in just over three meters.

Specific design references include the forward-positioned windshield, two-tone bodywork, a front “moustache” detail, and rear air-vent treatment.

The concept is aimed at everyday urban use: commuting, school runs, and short trips. Its compact dimensions and low weight are presented as part of a broader approach to sustainable mobility, with electrification alongside resource efficiency and simplicity of use.

The Multiplina sits within Fiat’s wider micromobility lineup alongside the Topolino and TRIS, a range the brand first outlined in June 2026. It made its debut at the 2026 Paris Motor Show.
